What is Cambridge Dictionary Learning Pathways?
Cambridge Dictionary Learning Pathways is an online tool that helps people learn and remember English words in context and use them with confidence. It’s designed by language learning experts at Cambridge University Press & Assessment and powered by the Cambridge Dictionary.
How does it work?
Learning Pathways combines the structure of a course with the freedom of an interactive learning experience, and uses evidence-based techniques like spaced repetition and instant feedback to help you remember more and stay motivated. Can anybody use it?
At the moment, the courses available are designed for English learners at B1 or B2 (intermediate) level. Users must be over-18 and have the bill payer’s permission to buy courses.
I purchased a course but don’t know how to access it?
You should have received a welcome email shortly after your purchase containing your login details. Please check your inbox and spam folder. If you are still have issues please contact learning.pathways@cambridge.org.
How long can I access my course?
You’ll be able to access your course content for 45 days from the date of purchase.
How can I pay?
We use Shopify Payments to take payment. You can pay by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and other popular payment methods.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, we offer a 14-day money back guarantee. If you change your mind or aren’t happy with the course, contact learning.pathways@cambridge.org.
I’m having issues with payment, what should I do?
If you're receiving an error message when you try to pay, make sure you’re using the right card details and billing address. You may have to contact your bank.
I forgot my login details, what should I do?
You can reset your password by clicking the 'Forgot your password?' button on the sign in page. Follow the on instructions to reset your password.
How do I get my badge of completion?
Once you have completed the end-of-course test, you’ll receive an email with your badge of completion.
